When Abacus Property Group began the $65 million transformation of Lutwyche City Shopping Centre, Roofit was delighted to come on board. Architect firm Ignite handled design duties and we worked closely with builders to bring the vision to life.
The major redevelopment, which included a rebranding of the centre to Market Central Lutwyche, took place in the Lutwyche neighbourhood located 5km north of the Brisbane CBD. Located centrally in the suburb, it is conveniently located to service local residents. The renovations welcomed new retailers, experiences and services, including Woolworths and Aldi as well as a refurbished Coles to give shoppers several grocery options. It also includes a number of medical, childcare, retail and hospitality businesses, positioning Market Central Lutwyche as a super centre.
The local community will no doubt benefit greatly from this large expansion and Roofit was proud to be a part of it.
